SC Bern AG had requested that proceedings will be initiated against Ueli Schwarz, after Klaus Zaugg made a statement in Sportal HD's 'The Hockeyweek' which insinuated that Schwarz had not respected the boundaries of his position and interfered in the proceedings regarding a suspension of Tristan Scherwey.

Thus, the league let Andreas Schwarz investigate the matter. The lawyer, however, came to the conclusion that there is "no evidence that Ueli Schwarz had unduly interfered in ongoing cases and materially influenced the decision-making process". (mso)
