Tirkkonen is a blank sheet here in Switzerland. From 2012 until just recently, he coached SaiPa Lapeenranta in the Finnish league. Gällstedt already was a part of EHC Kloten last season and mostly figured as coach of the Elite A as well as Head of Development.
