Possible investor Hans-Ulrich Lehmann stated last week that he definitely wants to part ways with the two coaches. However, he does not want to be the man who can pay for their contracts, which are valid until 2018. According to the same source, however, both coaches made concessions to the club and thus made their contribution.
As a result of these unresolved issues, the two forwards Robin Leone and Vincent Praplan as well as defenseman Patrick von Gunten reportedly received offers from Genève-Servette HC and Lausanne HC the very same day.
Even though the new business year starts today, no solution has been presented by the ASE group or the club. As the Sonntags Zeitung writes, this drama could continue for a couple of weeks. At the end of May, the next salaries will have to be paid. (bsc)
