Igor Jelovac leaves EHC Biel and signs with HC Ambrì-Piotta as of the next season

Shortly before the start of today's game against Lugano, HC Ambrì-Piotta has announced that they have signed EHC Biel's defender Igor Jelovac to a two-year contract, valid as of the upcoming 2016-17 season.

The 20-year-old, who made his NLA debut for EHC Biel during the 2013-14 season, was able to put up one assist in 31 games for the Seelanders this term so far. (rlu)
