Thanks to a planned capital increase and the financial commitment of their Vice Chairman of the Board, At the General Meeting on 23 October, the EVZ Sport AG has the chance to give the green-light to a big project for young Swiss talents. The scheduled share capital increase would provide the funds to set up the first hockey development program of the Zentralschweiz: "The Hockey Academy - High School for Future Professionals".
Current EVZ Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Dr. Hans-Peter Strebel, has agreed to subscribe to the new shares at the value of two million Swiss francs, as well as provide another million francs to the future foundation "ENFI". If the shareholder's General Meeting approves the capital increase, Dr. Strebel will be majority shareholder of the EV Zug Sport AG.
