Schommer has played on loan with the Lakers since January and has scored three assists in twelve games for them. The 25-year-old forward was not able to play a lot over the course of the last two seasons due to injuries. After three seasons in Davos, the product of the ZSC Lions' organisation will now stay with the Lakers until the end of the 2015-16 season.
Furthermore, Rajan Sataric, who joined the Lakers this summer, has agreed to a one-year contract extension. The 22-year-old defenseman put up one goal and one assist in 49 games for the Lakers his year. His contract will run through 2016. (mso)
