24-year-old Dostoinov joined SC Bern last summer from Lausanne HC. He scored six goals and nine assists in 45 games for the Bears in their disappointing past season.
Marc Reichert (34), who had left SCB in 2012 in direction of Ambrì, played 106 games for the Biancoblù in two seasons, scoring a total of 42 points.
