The 21-year-old defenseman, who has yet to make his NHL season debut, appeared in a total of 16 AHL games for the San Jose Barracuda this term thus far, scoring six assists.
Müller was drafted by the San Jose Sharks as 18th overall in the 2013 NHL Draft. He then played his first NHL game in 2014 and has since then appeared in 50 games for the Sharks.
