Speculations come to an end - Luca Cunti to join HC Lugano as of next season

The 27-year-old center has been courted by several teams lately, among them SC Bern and EHC Biel. However, HC Lugano won out in the end. HeShootsHeScoores had already reported at the end of October that the Bianconeri had made an offer to the centerman. An offer, he apparently could not refuse.

Cunti did not have an easy season thus far with the ZSC Lions. Lately, he found himself more out of the lineup than in it. This thus fueled rumors about him potentially leaving his club already during the season. In 22 games for the Lions this year, he has scored four goals and four assists.
