It had been suggested by the Blick earlier this week, that three names still remained as candidates for the position behind the bench of the Swiss team: Patrick Fischer, Felix Hollenstein and Larry Huras.

However, according to Pelletier, the 50-year-old Canadian is also still an option to become Glen Hanlon's successor with Switzerland's national team. Pelletier had been let go by HC Ambrì-Piotta at the end of October. (lcu)
