Before he moved to HK Sochi in the Kontinental Hockey League last summer, Emmerton played in the organization of the Detroit Red Wings (2007-2014), where he was able to put up 23 points in a total of 147 NHL games.
With HK Sochi last season, the native of St.Thomas (Ontario, CAN) has completed 64 games, scoring 17 goals and twelve assists. (rlu)
