RUMOR - According to the Croatian website khl.hr, Medvescak Zagreb seems to have signed two new players - one of them being SC Bern's Canadian defenseman Marc-André Gragnani, who should "strengthen their thin defense".

What a loss it would be for SC Bern, if this report from the Croatian website khl.hr was true: Alongside with the Swede Edwin Hedberg, Zagreb seems also have signed Bern's defenseman Marc-André Gragnani. Still according to the website, the two players are expected to arrive in Zagreb in the next days.

A possible departure of Marc-André Gragnani would most likely mean that SC Bern will call back defender Geoff Kinrade, whose loan with HC Ambrì-Piotta comes to an end by tomorrow. In the course of the day, SCB's team manager Sven Leuenberger said that he will inform about Kinrade's future after tonight's game - maybe also about Gragnani's?

The 27-year-old Gragnani already played in the Kontinental Hockey League for Lev Prague during the past season. For SC Bern, he has scored nine points (two goals, nine assists) in eleven games so far this season.
