Tigers' Marc Rüegg out for three months with hip injury

Marc Rüegg will be absent from the Tigers' lineup for an extended amount of time due to a hip injury. Rüegg will have to undergo surgery and is out for about three months. The defenseman is expected back on the ice in March 2014.
