MEDICAL REPORT - In the 23rd minute of tonight's game, Fribourg-Gottéron's John Fritsche crashed violently into GSHC's goalie Michael Flückiger. A couple of minutes and two goals against later, Flückiger had to be replaced.

As Le Matin reports, Flückiger, who is currently on loan with Genève-Servette HC from HC Ambrì-Piotta, might have suffered a concussion in the collision with Fritsche. After Robert Mayer, Christophe Bays, and Antoine Descloux, Flückiger is already Geneva's fourth injured goalie.

There is no word yet on how severe Flückiger's injury might be, but if he will be out, Kevin Huber is the only netminder left on GSHC's roster - and Chris McSorley would have to look for another short-term solution.
