EHC Biel has found a replacement to Tim Stapelton, who recently departed to the shores of lake Lugano. As the Seelanders announce, they have signed American forward David Moss for the rest of the season.

The 33-year-old has an overall experience of 518 NHL games with the Calgary Flames and most recently the Arizona Coyotes (former Pheonix Coyotes), for whom he was able to put up twelve points (four goals, eight assists) in a total of 60 games in the past 2014-15 season.

The native of Livonia (MI, USA) is expected to arrive in Switzerland in the course of tomorrow, Sunday, and might make his debut for the Seelanders next Tuesday against Ambrì. (rlu)
