As Müller says, the 25-year-old forward has received an offer for a possible contract extension from the Nashville Predatores, but that was all the players' agent was ready to disclose. How this will be resolved in the end remains to be seen.
Simon Moser mostly played for the Preds' farmteam the Milwaukee Admirals (26 points in 51 games) last season, but he did earn a call up that gave him the opportunity to get his first couple of NHL games in (two points in six games). His contract has now expired.
